Independent AI data buyers may pay to license a copy of old job files for AI training. You keep your originals. It costs you nothing.

What could qualify
AI data buyers want real records of how real work gets done. These are the kinds of files that may count. Swipe to see them all.
Every buyer has its own rules. Having these files does not mean you will be accepted.
How it works
Answer six quick questions about your firm and your records. Or just email us. There is no cost and no pressure.
If it looks like a fit, we send you the right buyer’s link. You fill in their short application. We help if you get stuck.
The buyer looks at your records and decides. If they make an offer, you choose whether to say yes.

Who it’s for
You may be a good fit if most of these sound like you. You don’t need all of them.
Not sure? The fit check takes a few minutes and tells you where you stand.

Here is a made-up example. The buyer says it removes personal details, like names, addresses, phone numbers and emails, from the copy it licenses. Hargrave & Co. does not see or edit your files, and each buyer has its own process.

Pour is booked for Tuesday. The cores at grid C4 clash with the beam. Can we move them 300 mm east? If yes, we will update the shop drawing and re-check cover before the inspection. Call me on (555) 019-4471 before 2pm.

Buyers don’t need to know who sent the email or where the job was. They want to see how the job was run: the question raised, the checks made, the decision and what happened next.
Those steps are all still there after the names come out.
Before you agree, ask the buyer how they remove personal details, who can see the copy, and whether you can check a sample first.
Made-up example to show the idea. Names, numbers and places are not real. Each buyer has its own process, and the buyer, not Hargrave & Co., removes personal details.
What you keep. What it costs.
Here is the deal in plain words. Hargrave & Co. is an independent referral service. We are not the buyer, and we do not work for one.
Wondering what happens to names and phone numbers?See a made-up example.
You never pay us. Not for the check, not for the help, not ever.
If the buyer accepts your business, the buyer pays us a referral fee. If you are not accepted, no one pays anything.
The buyer licenses a copy. Your files stay where they are, and they stay yours.
The buyer says it removes personal details, like names and phone numbers, from the copy. Ask the buyer how they do this.
Nothing is final until you agree to an offer. You choose whether to go ahead.
We can’t promise you will be accepted or paid. We will tell you plainly where you stand.

Strong fit: 11+ points with no deal-breakers. Possible fit: 7 or more. This is a quick guide, not an offer. Only the buyer decides who is accepted, and no payment is promised.
Often, yes, but it is usually a license, not a sale. Some independent AI data buyers pay to license a copy of real business records, like quotes, tenders, SOPs and site diaries. You keep your originals. Each buyer sets its own rules and makes its own decision, so acceptance is never guaranteed.
AI data licensing means a business gives an AI data buyer written permission to use a copy of its records, for set purposes such as training AI, in return for payment. The business keeps its original files. Nothing should be shared until you have read and agreed to the written terms.
Yes. You never pay Hargrave & Co. for the check, the help or anything else. If your business is accepted, the buyer pays us a referral fee. If you are not accepted, nobody pays anything. That is the whole deal, and it is the same for every firm we talk to.
Real records of how work gets done. For builders and trades, that can mean quotes, tenders, specs, SOPs, safety documents, RFIs, site diaries and project emails. Several years of history, mostly in English, is best. Every buyer has its own rules, so having these files does not mean you will be accepted.
No. You keep your originals. The buyer licenses a copy, and your files stay where they are. You keep using them in your business just as you do now. Nothing leaves your hands unless you agree to an offer and its terms, and you choose what goes in.
The buyer says it removes personal details, like names, phone numbers and addresses, from the copy. Ask the buyer how they do it. Privacy laws differ in the US, Canada, the UK and Australia. We can’t give privacy or legal advice, so please check with your own advisor too.
It depends on your contracts and the law where you work. Some client contracts limit how project documents can be used, and drawings may belong to the designer. We can’t give legal, tax or privacy advice, so please talk to your own advisor before you agree to anything.
It depends on the buyer’s review of your records, such as how many years and jobs they cover. We don’t quote amounts, and no amount is promised. If the buyer makes an offer, you will see it before you decide, and you are free to say no.
That’s fine. There is no cost and no obligation. We will tell you plainly why it is not a fit right now, and you can check again later as your firm grows or as you build up more years of records. Nobody pays anything if you are not accepted.
Independent AI data buyers. These companies license real business records to help train AI. Hargrave & Co. is an independent referral service. We are not a buyer, we don’t work for one, and we are not affiliated with any buyer. We point firms that look like a fit to a buyer’s application.
So Henro can follow up with you about your result and next steps. We only use your details for that. We never ask you to upload files in the fit check. It is six quick questions about your firm and your records, and you see how your score was worked out.
No. If a buyer makes an offer, you decide whether to accept it. Nothing is final until you agree. Please get your own legal and tax advice on any agreement before you sign. If you say no, there is no cost to you and nobody pays anything.
